James Dinardo, President and founder of Patriot USA has been a top staffing and facilities management professional for over two decades, and for several of the most prestigious companies in the nation. IMG_0810 James’ expertise is in complete turnkey staffing solutions, building maintenance and commercial cleaning services for a wide variety of corporations. Originally, from Pennsylvania, James is a U.S. Navy Veteran who proudly served from 1990 through 1996 in the Western Pacific with the Helicopter Squadron HS6 “The World Famous Indians”. The Indians are a combat search and rescue and anti submarine warfare squadron based in Coronado, CA. During his service, James was carrier deployed multiple times in support of Operation Southern Watch (Persian Gulf) and Operation Restore Hope (Somalia) on board the USS Abraham Lincoln. During this time he received multiple commendations including the Navy Achievement Medal, The Liberation of Kuwait Medal, Battle Efficiency, and held a Secret Security Clearance. He was honorably discharged in October, 1996. James is a Service Connected Disabled U.S. Military Veteran as certified by the V.A. hs6hs6 2 James is a father of 4 and an avid outdoor sportsman who enjoys a close connection with nature and spending time with family when not working. James is also a commercial artist by trade enjoys painting, sculpting and working in multimedia and film production in his free time. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients. A. Staffing for housekeeping, kitchen staff, Regular cleaning and maintenance services Daily (one day weekly to seven days weekly) We generally don’t provide one time cleanings or event staffing. Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you? A. We customize the staffing and services to your needs and to for your budget. Beware. All service providers are not equal! We have the references to prove it. Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share? A. Purchasing low quality staff or services at a cheap price is no bargain. Most companies will attempt to guess what they think you will pay and then cater the offering accordingly, even if they know the price that got them in the door will not be enough to make you happy. We feel that honesty is the best policy, and will share with you the inside line to developing a proper budget for your needs. 24 hours a day you could ask us any questions and answers will come your way that fit your business requirements. Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional? A. What is your track record in this business? – Patriot was originally founded in 1998. The majority of our clients come from referrals. Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do? A. Patriot provides turn key staffing and maintenance solutions for our clients. Do you have a favorite story from your work? A. Dozens! Over the years our staff have found and returned personal property found while working. Wallets, purses, briefcases, laptops, phones, tablets and many thousands of dollars. We’ve even stopped burglaries in progress. Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession? A. finding the best staff available should not be taken for granted. In restaurants and retail stores specifically clients won’t return and inspectors have the power to close unsanitary or priorly run facilities. In most commercial environments, the wrong staff can lead to poor results. These include lack of cleanliness that also effect absentee rates, productivity and morale. Choose wisely. Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of. A. Our people have been known to provide services for very high profile clients for many years including flagship, 4 star and James Beard award winning restaurants. In addition our portfolio has included many nationally recognized brands like Urban Outfitters, Starr Restaurants, Godiva Chocolatier, David’s Bridal, Sony and many others. We’ve even maintained TV set’s for MTV. At one point, one of our clients was highlighted on the travel channel for having “the cleanest restaurant bathroom in the world”.
