Insurance Requirements

• Automobile insurance of at least $1mm
• Umbrella/excess liability insurance of at least $1 million per occurrence
• Workers Compensation insurance of at least $1mm per occurrence
• General Liability Insurance of at least $1 million per occurrence and $2mm in the aggregate, with the following minimum sub-limits:
  • $100,000 for damage to rented premises
  • $5,000 medical expenses per person
  • $1 million personal and adv injury
  • $2 million products – comp/og agg
